Get Involved!

Here are some of the committees, groups, and individuals who are helping to make our neighborhood and surrounding area the best in Baltimore!

  • Citizens on Patrol (COP) - Drive through the neighborhood for any 2 hours a month, keep a lookout and report anything suspicious. This is a great way to get to know every nook and cranny of Hunting Ridge.
  • COP Walks - These are monthly walks open to all residents. People from other neighborhoods join our walks, and Hunting Ridge residents often join in their COP walks. Walking in other neighborhoods is a great way to learn more about your city and to support your district as a whole.
  • Block Captains - Each block in Hunting Ridge has an assigned Block Captain whose role is to be the liaison to the several committees that serve the Community Assembly. Block Captains distribute announcement fliers and alert the Welcoming Committee of new residents.
  • Organizing Community Events - The Community sponsors many different events each year including but not limited to an annual picnic, a bake sale, a yard sale. There are always opportunities to help out with organizing these events.
